Free car delivery and pick-up is available during 08:00 to 23:30 and after communication.
Drive with peace of mind — your rental includes full insurance coverage.
The insurance covers all damages in case of an accident, regardless of the total cost.
The customer is only responsible for €100, provided that the accident was caused by their own fault.
For example, if the damage amounts to €800, the customer will pay only €100, while the company covers the remaining €700 — as long as none of the following exclusions apply.
Coverage exclusions:
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Driving by an undeclared driver.
Gross negligence (e.g., using the wrong fuel, misuse of clutch or handbrake).
Driving on unpaved roads.
Damage to wheels, tires, belts, keys, locks, or handles.
Excessive dirt or vandalism.
Mechanical failures are fully covered by the company.
If the vehicle develops a mechanical issue and cannot continue, it will be replaced (subject to availability).
If no replacement vehicle is available, a refund will be issued for the remaining rental days.
It is strictly forbidden to transport the vehicle outside Crete.
In case of heavy dirt (e.g., stains, sand, pet hair, odors, or wet swimwear marks) that requires special cleaning, a €70 cleaning fee applies.
All traffic violations and fines are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Theft coverage applies only to total theft of the vehicle and does not cover personal belongings or individual car parts.
For the coverage to be valid, the vehicle keys must be returned to the company.
In case of an accident or damage, please contact us immediately for instructions and assistance.
It is recommended to notify the police — phone 100 (or 112 for European emergency) — even in minor incidents.
All related documents and reports must be kept and delivered to the company.
The rental period is valid according to the dates stated in the contract.
No refund is provided for unused time due to late pick-up or early return.
If you cannot pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time, please inform us in advance.
Otherwise, vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed, and no refund will be issued.
